J-POWER Ltd. is one of the world’s largest wholesale generators of electricity with over 16,000 megawatts of installed capacity in Japan and other world markets. Public Policy Partners led the effort to permit a new local peak power plant that is now under construction and stated to begin operation this summer. In addition PPP planned and executed the groundbreaking ceremony, bringing together executives, legislators, and interested parties from around the globe.
